- It takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.
- We aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Please, be careful and double-check your size.
- Please, check your inbox! We’ll send an email from customer@trackorder.site right after you order is delivered. From there, you can check your order details and report any issue in just a click. You can submit feedback or report a problem within 30 days after receiving your order. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you receive the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer. Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.Thank you for shopping with us!
SHIPPING POLICY.
Fulfillment: The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is submitted. Holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase to 7 business days. It’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order so, the average production time is not guaranteed.
Shipping: The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: - Economy: (4-8 business days) - Standard: (2-5 business days) - Priority: (2-3 business days)

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
